Friendly service and appreciated the honesty in regards with what was needed to be done. The only thing that took me off guard was that there is no longer shuttle service to take you home or a nearby destination of customer's choice while waiting for your car to be serviced. I was unaware of that.

I was on a road trip between AZ and CA when my “maintenance required” light came on - due for a service and no big issue. Before heading back to AZ I called to see if I could get my 4Runner in and they took me with. The hour and had my car done by lunch and I could get back on the road. Very pleased with Toyota service. I had a BMW and my friend and I were discussing how much better Toyota service is than the local BMW dealer in Santa Clarita. I’ll keep buying Toyotas. Thank ...

The people were kind, but my item was not fixed. I’m having a problem with the Bluetooth in my car and now I’m being told it has to be re-created at the dealership if it’s going to get fixed. Things never go wrong at the dealership when you need them.

The experience at Frontier is very similar to other car dealerships. You start out with the sales guy and ultimately end up with the manager who tries to hold steady on an above market price point for the new car and a below market price for the used car you are trading in. I do like keeping my tax dollars local and I enjoy working with a local team that will ultimately be servicing my vehicle.
